1 bedroom and 4 weirdos

Private bedroom and shared bath in the front unit of a pretty quirky old duplex just south of SJSU. The bedroom is pretty big and has a small walk-in closet. Bathroom is shared with the two ladies (I use the term loosely...none of use are particularly ladylike) who live upstairs. Kitchen, living room, porch, and laundry area are shared spaces. Rent is $950/month, all inclusive for single occupancy.

Now that business is out of the way:

Four real life grown ups (20s and early 30s is grown up, right?) who work more than we?d like and play more than we should all living under one roof and doing a damn fine job of it. House Mom and Dad live in the basement bedroom and share the back bathroom. A kitty and a bunny live upstairs, and two kitties and puppy live downstairs. Often, there?s a mismatched herd hanging out in the living room while their people chat and cook and drink beer (or margaritas...Monday?s are hard).

We?re looking for someone to join in on the fun. If you?re the type who just wants to duck into your room and avoid all human contact, you?ll hate us. We love our little pseudo-commune; we all pitch in with the housework, keep the common spaces tidy, indulge in the occasional impromptu living room bitch-fest, and try not to piss each other off too much.
