What?s in it for you?
The room you get has floor to ceiling windows, and a small patio. The room itself is about 134 square feet (with huge ceilings) and a 20 square foot, lit, walk in. The bathroom is unattached to the room, but is sizable and has a nice shower. The main area is? well, flipping huge, here is a furnished living space that ensconces a large TV area. A kitchen that could easily have four people comfortably using all the appliances is available. Best things though, air conditioning and in unit laundry!
What is this magical place?
It?s located about two minutes-drive from the 87 and five minutes-walk from the lightrail station. The complex itself is nice! Lots of cute dogs to coo over in this pet friendly complex, but without the issues that follow that (Smell/Fleas.) A small gym is on the second floor that has mostly cardio equipment. The management team has also always been responsive and I?ve never seen an issue reported take longer than 24 hours to correct. I?ve been living here for three years now and I don?t want to move to another complex after my experience here.
Am I going to live in a sitcom?
This isn?t really a party apartment, but there are definitely some social functions that happen. Aside from the apartment complex brunches and dinners that happen in the lobby, there are mixed gender friends that come by the home semi-regularly. They usually come over for the Wednesday night Pen and paper RPGs along with just to hang out. Sometimes it?s just to chat and build cool little robot model kits and sometimes it?s to play various games, tabletop and video.
Who am I?
I?m a blue haired guy in tech leadership who builds lots of model kits and reads lots of comics. I stick around the house a bit, but I usually busy myself with cleaning and reading. I also tend to take a fair number of trips so there?ll be some weekends you?ll have to yourself, I only ask you feed my cat and water the plants while I?m gone. If you want a roommate that will bring you back convention swag, then I?m your guy.
Who are you?
A working professional or billionaire superhero, either way as long as can afford the space and you have proof of income for six months. I?m not your parents so please make sure to clean up after yourself and keep your own personal hygiene on point. I go to enough conventions, I don?t want my home to smell like one. The building is insulated pretty well but please respect quiet hours. I?m alright with edibles but if you NEED to smoke/vape weed, please do it away from the building. There is a somewhat skittish cat living here, so very well socialized animals will be considered. This is a safe spot for everyone, so if you?re hella toxic, please don?t apply
DM me if you?re interested/need more information, please make sure you?ve read everything here and to use the subject {I?m interested in rooming with you and your cat}
