Looking for 1 new housemate to rent a roomin a house in downtown san jose starting December 1st--for 1 year lease.
House is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath.

I've lived here for 4 years, this house is a great zen place to diffuse after long days at work. Looking for young professionals (mid 20s-mid 30s) who are responsible, clean, respectful, and can pay rent on time every month. We don't have to be best friends, but its nice to have a conversation once in awhile or go out for brunch. I'm an active person who's usually at the gym after work, garden on the weekends, and spartan races here and there. As mentioned, it is a peaceful house, thus looking for a positive person. =]

House is fully furnished, EXCEPT bedrooms. Laundry is on-site. You will have full kitchen privileges. 2 car garage is available for parking and we rotate every month so everyone gets a chance to park in garage. Otherwise, we have a parking pass for street parking. Close to SJSU campus, San Pedro Square, 5 mins to freeway on ramp (280, 87, 101).
