VERY AFFORDABLE- Yes, you will be sharing this room with one other person (male) but you would only be paying $483 for rent plus about $20 for utilites. Given the size of this apartment, you'll be winning.

NEXT TO SJSU & DOWNTOWN- This apartment/room will be perfect for you if you're an SJSU student like I am (graduating) and want to be only 5 minutes away from campus, or if you simply want to be only a walk away from the bustling and life filled downtown area. There's a lot of great places to eat, plenty of bars around and everyting is pretty much in walking distance.

SPACIOUS- Remember how I mentioned the size of the apartment? Well, this room specifically has a HUDGE closet and there's plenty of storage space in the apartment. The kitchen and living room have PLENTY of space as well.

SAFE- A code is required to get into our building so it's pretty safe.
PARKING- Each apratment gets one parking spot in the garage and there is also two street parking passes available.

LAUNDRY- Is located in the building.
