Our housemate is leaving at the end of the month and we are looking for someone to take his place in our household. You would be living with 4 other people and sharing a bathroom with one male. The bathroom does have two sinks and each person has their own side of a cupboard for storage.
The room is currently furnished with a single bed, desk and desk chair. It also has a built-in closet.
The house is very spacious with a large living room+fire place, kitchen, dining area, garage with a laundry machine and dryer. Outside there is a patio, fire pit, gas grill, and waterfall. We also use the yard for growing vegetables and fruit. We currently have pomegranates, figs, grapes, tomatoes, butternut squash, rhubarb, peppers, and beans!
The people you will be living with are my boyfriend and me. We occupy the downstairs in-law unit but share the kitchen/garage/outdoor area. We are both cooks at a Michelin starred restaurant and love cooking for the entire house on occasion. We are also very prone to sharing our food since we make too much of it most of the time.
Upstairs there is a lady who works for Apple in the master bedroom with her own bathroom. She is a wonderful person who has lived here for a little over a year.
The last person in the house is a full-time student at SF State, studying industrial design. He also happens to be my younger brother.
We'd love to find someone who can keep the common areas tidy (whatever you do in your private room is up to you ;) ) and is sociable but respectful of everyone's space.
There is also a huge cat that lives with my boyfriend and me, he is the biggest snugglebug but very shy so he stays inside our unit pretty much all the time. He might venture out sometimes though.

The rent is 1400/month excluding utilities (comes to 35-80/ month; bimonthly water and monthly pg&e) and including a gardener, cleaning services, wifi, netflix and prime tv.
The house is located about a 15 min walk or 7 min bike ride from Cupertino main street.
