Offfering Master Bedroom

APARTMENT:
Offering master bedroom in 2 bed 1 bath 900 sq ft apartment. Room has walk-in closet and personal balcony. Room will most likely be unfurnished but rest apartment is. Spacious living room has a balcony and wood burning fireplace and roomy kitchen has a nook area. Apartment is located on second floor and comes with in-unit front-load laundry. This complex has a no pet and no smoking policy. Complex hosts many events for its tenants, is family friendly (safe) and has two pools, on-site gym, electric car parking spots, and hot tub in the making. Convenient location with a 10 minute walk to a grocery store, close to the 280 freeway access, and near many hiking trails.

ME:

I?m a non-smoker and don?t do drugs. I like to keep the party outside and like to think of my home as a sanctuary and a place I can relax after work. I like to have friends over every now and then to watch a movie or for dinner night; at the same time, I also enjoy a night in recouping from the day and reading a good book. On my days off I like to be outside exploring and trying something new, such as a new hiking spot or restaurant. I keep communal spaces clean and am looking for someone who is clean as well ( does their dishes, doesn?t allow trash to overflow, cleans up in the bathroom, etc). I work M-F and am more of an early bird due to my work schedule. I rarely have overnight guests.

During covid-19: I?ve taken to reading, watching tv, doing puzzles, and going on walks. During this time I am working from home.

LOOKING FOR:

female professional, late twenties early thirties, clean, not a big partier but down to share a bottle of wine from time to time, and doesnt have lots of overnight guests
