There's many biking and hiking trails very close to the home. you are 6 minutes to down town Campbell or Los Gatos and 30 minutes to Santa Cruz or 1 1/2 hours to Carmel by the Sea. There is a big back yard with a pool and BBQ. Very convenient location!
