Looking for a (1) responsible person to occupy a private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Please don't ask if you are more that one person or have any pets. No exceptions.

$1195 plus $500 deposit, $25 credit check fee

- Bathroom shared with one male housemate.
- Large closet in corner room with 2 windows
- Total # of people in house including yourself is 3.

Excellent Location! Close to the Los Gatos border, highways 85 & 17 too. Great central location - 15 mins to downtown San Jose, 7 mins to downtown Los Gatos, 15 mins to Mt View.

We are 2 very laid back male residents (29 & 28). One works in construction and one works in tech. We are looking for a third person - male or female (as in 1 person only) around our age. Good credit only. Must be willing to sign a 6 month lease.

The private room is 13 x 11.6 with new paint, 2 windows and a large closet.

You will have full access to the entire house, pool, washer dryer etc. Just need to bring your own furniture.
