Looking for a roommate for a master bedroom suite in a 4B/3.5B home in south San Jose near Willow Glen. The occupant will share the house with 2 other tenants.

The room is 220 sq ft, new hardwood floors, has 2 closets, a mirror, and full private bathroom.

The room is furnished with a newly purchased full-size bed frame, mattress, table set, and room lamp. Extra space is provided in the storage shed, garage, or spare rooms.

Common area is very spacious and is a combined 1300 sq ft which includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. The common area is furnished with sofas, tables, and a new television. Kitchen has many cabinets, two full-size refrigerators, a stove, an oven, and dishwasher. Brand new washer and dryer are also provided.
The house has a 2-car garage with driveway space and plenty of street parking. Master bedroom tenant will be guaranteed a parking spot in the garage.

Rent is $1250 a month. All utilities are included (electricity, gas, water, WiFi (60 Mbps), gardening). There are no fees whatsoever and you will only pay the monthly rent. Lease length is negotiable but a 6-month mininum is preferable. A security deposit of $1250 is due immediately after lease signing.

I am the live-in owner and I am working as a software developer. I live in a room on the first floor and will almost never be on the second floor where the master bedroom is. I'm usually working all day on the weekdays 10:00AM-7:00PM. I don't cook a lot, watch tv, or party. I am looking for a tenant who I can get along with and respectfully share the house with.
