The individual renter will have the 2 Unfurnished rooms, plus the nearby hall restroom. One room can be used as a bedroom the other room as an office/library or for professional zoom meetings
Im a middle aged, easy going male.
I will be living in the master bedroom.
I enjoy a quit, hassle free home. The individual renter and I will be the only occupants. (an occasional overnight guest will be ok)
I have a dog, so unfortunately additional pets are not allowed.
The house is in an amazing location. Quiet, family neighborhood next to Apple and Kaiser Hospital.
Easy access to 280/85/101/237 via Lawrence Exp. On the border of Suunvale, Santa Clara and Cupertino.
Close to Google, Agilent, Lockheed Martin, Yahoo, etc.
Tenent can park a car in the driveway in addition to plenty of street parking.
Full access to the updated kitchen and general areas of the house. Im not much of cook, so you may want to bring your own kitchenware
