Renter has a choice of using his or her own bed or using a furnished twin bed. Room has dresser with mirror and nightstand. A writing desk is available at the renter's option. TV hook-up available in room. Shared TV in living room. Share bathroom with two other adults. Shared patio for dining, reading, or entertaining.

Kitchen and laundry privileges come with the room. Light cooking is permitted. Parking for two cars on street in front of the home.
