This is an offer of one (1) subleased room for rent. We currently have two male tenants, one upstairs in the master bedroom and one downstairs near the laundry room and shared bathroom. We are in our 30s/40s and enjoy relaxing outside in the sun, and going for a rides (airplanes and motorcycles respectively). We are looking for someone down-to-earth, with as little drama as possible. Home is where we go to unwind, so be kind.

The room is available now, and the lease will last until at least the end of next June. A longer term is acceptable.

Application and credit check are performed by the landlord, and you must have proof of employment (last 30 days minimum) and sufficient income to cover the monthly rent.

Monthly Rent for the room is $1500.
