Shared kitchen and living (fully furnished and roomy for guests). Second floor walk up. In-unit washer and dryer. Vaulted ceilings and great storage space. Remodelled by owner less than 2 years ago (updated kitchen and baths, dishwasher).
$950 per month (includes water and garbage), $500 deposit, plus other utilities shared per month (usually $100 or less)

Looking for someone with a potentially similar schedule. I am pretty social and do have people over which you would be welcome to do too (just no crazy hours during the week please!)
