Share Huge 2/2 West Valley Apt With Me!

I?m currently the primary leaseholder of a 2b/2ba 1200sqft apartment in West Valley San Jose, been here since 2009! I use the smaller room and have always rented out the larger room to 1 or 2 people. Recently my married roommates decided to divorce and go their separate ways, so I?m trying to fill the room again.

The 250+ sqft room has an A/C wall unit, 2 closets, a separate 50+ sqft bathroom, and a designated covered parking spot with lockable outdoor storage cupboard. You would also have full access to shared areas including the large living room with TV/cable and treadmill, and huge kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and a brand new instant-pot I got for Christmas.

Water and garbage are included in rent, and I split electricity and cable/internet evenly between however many people are sharing the apartment.

About me: pet sitter and veterinary technician, homebody when I have time, science lover, kind of a movie nerd, full of random trivia. Occasional hobbies include painting, fishing, baking, and hanging out with my niece and nephew. Currently ?mom? to a 5yo cat, 10yo corn snake, and 9mo chihuahua puppy, have had all manner of pets over the years. Not a fan of cigarettes but I?m friendly.

I do have back and neck pain that makes household cleaning tasks difficult lately, so I?m considering hiring a service which cost we could split, but if you *like* to clean and want to negotiate utilities in exchange for cleaning or something like that I?m open to discussion. :)
