We have one bedroom opening up on 12/1/24 in our five bedroom house by downtown South San Francisco, for $1,050 a month plus utilities. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths. I am a 40 year old male (Master tenant) that works as an Audio Visual Technician at Genentech in South San Francisco. The other roommates are a 24 year old male that works as a lab technician at Genentech. A 28 year old male that works as an IT consultant. A 34 year old female that works as a project manager at an interior design firm in South San Francisco. We're all clean and respectful of each other in this house, so we would like someone that is similar in that regard. We want this to feel like a home, so we don't have any strict rules on overnight guests, smoking etc, as long as it's well communicated.
It is a 3 story house, and your room would be on the third floor. All utilities (garbage, water, electricity, gas, internet), usually comes out to about $140 a month per person (depending on usage)
The house is fully furnished, so you would only need furniture for your room. First and last months rent will be needed upon moving in. No deposit required.
The house has a 2 car indoor garage as well as 2 outdoor spots (total of 4 parking spots).
We have AT&T Fiber internet with gig speed, so if you work from home, you’ll have no problem with bandwidth.
There is a washer/dryer in the garage.
BART is about a 7 minute drive from the house and Caltrain is 6 minutes. We look forward to hearing from you!
