Large Bedroom with Fireplace

I have a large room with a fireplace in a quiet, peaceful home with a big backyard.

It was originally a living room, 13.5X10 feet, but it does have a real wall and door so it's private and does feel like a bedroom. The home still has a comfortable living room and dining space despite the conversion.

Shared bathroom with two very clean and respectful gentlemen. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a jacuzzi in the backyard. Big kitchen with gas range.

This property is run through Bungalow, which means you get to choose between month to month, 6 month, year, or two year lease. The bills for internet, water, and everything else are fixed at $150 per month. Total cost is $1440 per month no matter what, for a one year lease. This cost also includes bimonthly maid and gardening service. The maids won't clean your bedroom unless you ask them to, and in that case there is no extra charge.

5 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, postal service and banks, a beautiful bay trail, and parks. I walk to caltrain and it takes about 40 minutes. You could easily bike or drive there quickly.

Very close to 101 access.

The room mates are great. They keep to themselves but will pleasantly socialize if you reach out.

I will reimburse your security deposit and application fee if you move in April 1st or May 1st.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished as you like. Furnishings include full futon bed (Nyhamn from Ikea), desk and chair, book case, dresser, 8 foot closet, night stand, cool lamp with three light settings, and another armoir. There is no extra charge for furnishings.

I'm not being generous because something is wrong with the place, I am being generous because I already signed another lease.
