One bedroom for rent with shared bathroom

The house is located less than 20 minutes walking distance to downtown Redwood City shops, train station, restaurants and grocery stores. The house has central heating and air conditioning, the bedroom for rent is 11X13 feet with a lighted closet, ceiling fan and can be furnished or unfurnished depending on new housemate. The bedroom has a shared hallway bathroom with our 30 year old daughter that has her own bedroom, we are looking for a female renter for the spare bedroom because of the shared bathroom. There is street parking available for the new housemate, and rent includes use of washer dryer and light cooking in kitchen privileges, as well as utilities and WiFi. Monthly rent is $1250 with a $750 refundable deposit, total move in cost for 1st month rent and deposit is $2000. The owner of the house is a 57 year old licensed general contractor with his 54 year old fiancé that has their own bedroom with bathroom in it. The fourth bedroom is rented to a PHD professor who is 35 years old and works near Redwood City and his bedroom has a private bathroom as well. We are looking for a professional who has references for previous rental and employment reference as well. The bedroom will be ready to move into after July 15th.
