I'm a professional in the software industry. My wife works in the Healthcare IT in a hospital. We live in a newly built waterfront community. We bought it from the builder and selected all the upgrade materials, including top-rated carpet, hardwood floors, new appliances, custom-designed closet, sliding glass shower door, marble shower slab, granite countertop/island in the kitchen, etc. It looks like a model home!
The townhome overlooks the Bay on one side and Redwood Creek on the other side. The dwelling place has 1600+ sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a study room. My wife and I live in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are not occupied. We reserve one room for our adult kids when they visit us (1~2 times per year). The other room is available for rent. The size of the room is 10' x 10', plus a decent-sized closet. It has a full-size wood frame bed with drawers, a large desk, and a closet with mirrors on the sliding doors. There are two windows with views of Redwood Creek and Santa Cruz Mountains.
Rent includes all the utilities, high-speed wifi, bedding, pillows, shampoos, laundry and all the necessary amenities.
