I am searching for a house mate to join me in my beautiful house (rental) in Pacifica (20min south of San Francisco, along the coast). Preferably someone a professional or grad student. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, easy going and friendly.
The house: A spacious home (3bed, 1bath), gated and fenced garden with decking, 2 car garage, street parking always available, laundry on site. House is fully furnished, except for the bedroom that is for rent.
Rent is $1600 per month + utilities including internet, garbage pick up and PG&E (less than $100). 10minute walk to Starbucks, Safeway, local dinning, Lindamar beach etc. The neighborhood is very quiet, with nearby hiking trails and surrounded by views of beautiful mountains.
About me: I am a young professional, currently enrolled in a Phd program and WFH. Originally from Ireland, but have lived in Pacifica for 8years. I consider myself a warm, friendly and inviting person. I like the perfect balance between socializing and alone time. My home is my sanctuary so I prefer to live with people who are clean and respectful of the space, and also considerate of noise late at night and early morning. I have a very friendly 1.5yr old mixed pup, Luna, who loves belly rubs!
