Perfect for professionals who enjoy hiking, biking and outdoor activities. Close to grocery, fitness center, yoga studio, Starbucks, restaurants and downtown Palo Alto and Redwood City. House has lots of natural bright sunlight and new hardwood floors, bathroom, large remodeled granite top kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central heating, use of huge back and front yard, access to in-house laundry, parking in 2 car driveway, living room with high ceilings and 32'' Plasma TV, Wi Fi included.
Room available is furnished with ample closet space with mirrored sliding doors, and a large window. We share all common spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard and garage). Looking for a mature, responsible, hygiene conscious, respectful professional individual. No couples, overnight guest (s) and most importantly no smoking and drugs. Prospective tenant must have good credit and rental history. Proof of employment and security deposit will be required. Moving date: 01/7/18.
Rent is $1500 per month which includes electricity, water, Cable TV, Wi Fi and trash/recycle. Minimum lease: 6 months.
I am a professional, active, friendly and respectful woman. I eat healthy and love to cook. I have two beautiful indoor cats (sorry, no additional pets). Our house is quiet and peaceful and really suitable for someone who is looking for a place called "home" to rest and rejuvenate after a long day at work. I have lived and worked in the Peninsula for the last 21 years and lived on this property for 12 years.
