I have a FURNISHED bedroom for rent in my nice old large house for $1175 month. It has a private bath with shower. Utilities, WiFi, and cable included. Good location just off 101 between Woodside and Marsh.
It is a month-to-month rental agreement. $1175 security deposit.
Large living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, and beautiful garden.
It is a quiet house and you should be too. And you must clean, trustworthy, and honest.
THE ROOM IS FOR A SINGLE PERSON ONLY, NO PETS, AND COMES FURNISHED.
The room will be available June 1st.

The pictures are from a couple of months ago. It will have new bedding, drapes, desk, and dresser.

Coronavirus Covid 19...I/we have been extremely cautious in adhering to the social distancing recommendations and in taking other protective measures. Therefore I feel it wise to first talk on phone and maybe have a FaceTime visit before seeing the house in person.

I will not rent the room to someone without first meeting them face to face. If this add is up the room is available.
And, I run a credit and background check. A negative mark does not mean I won't rent to you. I'll listen to your explanation.
