Hello! We are currently looking for a roommate to fill a room in a spacious 4 bedroom house in Redwood City. It's a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 2 rooms downstairs with their own bathroom and 2 rooms upstairs a shared bathroom. The room that is available is downstairs and it is available now.

About us:
- We are all working professionals in our early 30s/late 20s.
- There is currently one couple, two females that live in the home
- We love sports and are very active
- We enjoy BBQing and having friends over once in a while
- Respectful of shared spaces and others' property
- We keep a clean household and are looking for someone who wants the same.

About the bedroom:
- Private entrance to private living space and bedroom
- Private bathroom/shower
- Ceiling fan in room
- Parking is easy to find on street
- Plenty of patio area on both sides of the house

- Rent: $1,350.00 + $1,100.00 Deposit
- We split monthly bills (not included in rent): PG&E, Garbage, Water, Internet, monthly cleaning service (monthly average $125-150)
