Hello,

I am entertaining the idea of renting out a room at my house. It is one mile from the bart station and one mile from cal-train. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the 101 and 280 freeway. It’s about 13 minutes from downtown SF. I am looking for a professional or student that is okay with my 2 dogs and potentially watching them should i have to leave. I am currently using my gi bill going to school as an airplane mechanic. My garage has been converted to a little motorcycle shop so if you work on bikes or something I don’t mind. The bathroom and kitchen is shared.
