Daly City BART station is just 1 mile away with multiple bus stops in between. There is easy access to I-280 and all major roads just minutes away. Also just a mile away is San Francisco State University. Within walking distance you will find Westlake Shopping Center and Thornton Beach.

The shopping center offers a wide variety of retail shops, banking services and plenty of eateries.

In addition to a totally private room and bath, there is a private entry. This room is really more like a studio apartment than renting a room in a private home. The room includes a mini fridge and a small microwave oven. The washer and dryer are just outside the room with the private bath across the laundry room. The room and the closet have a fresh coat of paint.

Single person occupancy only. Pets are not allowed and no smoking inside or outside the property.

The room is available for rent on February 1, 2019. First months rent and an $600 security deposit is required to move in. Monthly rent is to be paid in cash or by cashiers check.
