private room in a large house in the most beautiful part of belmont hills. all utilities included in a private furnished room. bedroom has a twin bed, with a dresser, desk, and two closets. backyard with patio and beyond the backyard is a canyon and water dog lake which has miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. just off the 92 in the hallmark drive area off of ralston avenue.

You will be sharing a house with an elder korean couple that speaks perfect english- . male is in his 80s and is disabled and lives in the living room. the female is also in her 80s. they are completely independent and it is them who are renting out the spare room. there's also a doggy. =)
