Hi,

My name is Genevieve I'm 29 and own a Dogwalking business in the city. I'm looking for a female roommate in a similar age range perhaps 25-35.

House is 2 bedrooms plus a "bonus room" 1 shared bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Dishwasher. Backyard. Projector and screen. Gas stove. 2 blocks from bus lines. Right next to 101 on ramps. Very close to McLaren Park.

My average workday is 9am-4pm. Sometimes I'm home in the evenings, other times I'm out and about. I usually climb 3x/week and also enjoy yoga and running. I'm in a couple book clubs and love a good book.

I'm more a day person vs evening person.
I have a dog Patches who's a Border Collie/Australian Shepard mix. And because I work with animals there's potential to meet some of the other pups I work with. So definitely looking for someone who loves dogs, is responsible, can pay bills on time and is clean and tidy in common areas.

Rent is $1600 per month plus utilities we are responsible for gas, electric, water, garbage & internet. Also I have a cleaning lady who comes once every two weeks which is $125 per visit (your portion would be $62).

After meeting if we find ourselves to be a good fit I will need a background and credit check before move in.
