3 rooms for rent Twin Peaks

Hello, I am a 31 y/o lesbian female looking for 3 roommates to rent rooms in the house I currently occupy. I work as a critical care EMT so my days are usually long and busy and I will be gone all day when I work. I am COVID safe and I am fully vaccinated. Beautiful 4 bd room 1 bathroom home in the heart of twin peaks. Looking for responsible tenants who are respectful and clean. There are 2 bedrooms that will be upstairs (2nd&3rd rm) and 1 private bedroom downstairs. This room will have a private entrance through the garage. The washer and dryer are also located in the garage. There is a private backyard. I park in the garage because I commute to work but it is big enough for 2 small cars. There is also plenty of street parking without any regulations. It is about a 15-20 min walk to the top of twin peaks, 10 min drive to ocean beach, and there is a lot of hiking in this neighborhood. It’s also about 7 min to the Castro and 10 min to dolo in the mission district, 6 min to haight & ashbury ( hippie hill ).
