Private room in chill 2 bedroom

Private room with extra closet and private access to fire escape (used as balcony) available immediately in large 2 bedroom apartment shared with one roommate. There is a big open living room with a view of the ocean not far away. Large kitchen and 1 bathroom. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. There is new carpet throughout the apartment and plenty of room for more furniture and to make the place home. The available bedroom is completely unfurnished. I am friendly, but no cigarettes please. I am open to small dogs and cats as long as they are taken care of and well behaved. Ideally I would like to find someone responsible and low key, respectful and somewhat on the clean side. Wifi costs are included in the rent but electric, water, and gas are paid with the rent monthly and average 50- 80 depending on usage.
