The place is small, there is no living room so the only common space is the kitchen and a shared bathroom. It's newly renovated as well.

I currently have a brand new queen-size casper bed with an IKEA bed frame that has drawers, a brand new electric stand-up desk available for sale as well. If you're interested we can figure out a fair price. (Photos available as well)

Housemates:
-Manu: 26 years old, working in tech part time while getting his masters degree in music production. Outside of those things you can find him cooking or working out.
-Octavio: 24 years old, working on his masters degree in cello performance. New to SF, recently moved from Florida for school.

We are very easy going and want this to feel like home for all of us. Any age or gender welcome. We have no particular "rules" just be mindful and use common sense.
