THE SCOOP
Our SoMa House is an intimate community in the heart of a lively bay-side neighborhood. We chose SoMa because it?s conveniently located near Union Square and with easy access to BART and multiple Muni lines. The neighborhood itself is full of things to eat, see and do, as well as multiple grocery stores, and the commute downtown is a breeze.

Our SoMa House consists of just four bedrooms, which promotes a sense of community among our members. The apartment is spacious, with a common kitchen and living room with a large table for co-working and a comfy couch for movie nights. It?s the perfect place for professionals and students alike.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are four bedrooms with a choice of private or shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks and closets/organizational tools.
Gold and silver members: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are three bathrooms in the SoMa House, more than enough for the four bedrooms in this apartment, so you?ll never have to wait.
Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The SoMa House also has a washer and dryer where members can do their laundry for free in the comfort of their own home.
Security: 24/7 security in all common areas, as well as lockers.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This coliving house is located a stone?s throw from downtown. With Union Square just 14 minutes away and a range of dining, drinking and entertainment options in walking distance, the location is ideal for both work and weekend leisure activities. The house is located near the UC Hastings College of Law and the San Francisco Public Library.

The nearest Muni station is Van Ness on the K-Ingleside and T-Third lines, just a 5-minute walk from the house. You can be in Union Square in just 14 minutes (or walk in 29 minutes). The SoMa House is just a 15-minute walk to the Civic Center, where transit links including BART are available, and multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood.

THE SPACE
This house is an intimate yet spacious, newly renovated space with hardwood floors and updated appliances. The kitchen and common areas are massive compared to the average San Francisco apartment, and furnished with everything you?ll need for work and play.

This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.
