$1200 Sublet living room in Soma luxury apartment

Hi, I am going to sublet the converted living room (with heavy curtain and furnitures) in a luxury apartment in Soma. It's built in 2010 with 278 units. Our unit is a precious 2-story loft (1BD/1BA) on the top floor with great view and privacy. You will be sharing the unit with my two male roommates. Both are young Chinese professionals working in the city, super nice, chill, and respecting others. As I am moving to the Peninsular area, so I have to sublet the converted space on the lower floor.

The apartment is close to LinkedIn, Uber, AirBnB, Square, Salesforce, Google, and is also in the walking distance to TARGET, CVS, Trader Joes, Westfield Mall, two large movie theaters, and numerous dining options.

The space comes with a full-size bed and mattress, two closets, working desk, lamp and a simple bed cabinet. We are looking for the young professional (or student), no pet, clean, light cooking and no party. You will be on the lease as well, and it's up to next May. The rent is $1,200 plus the internet and utility fees. Parking is available for $250-300/mo.

The ideal move-in date will be mid-October, but I can be a little flexible on that.
