The converted bedroom

This is a beautiful and spacious converted room and apartment with two quiet and respectful roommates. I really loved my place here, but I'm moving into an apartment with my boyfriend in D. C. and would love to give my room to a great roommate.

This is a two bedroom apartment where you'd live in a very spacious 11' 3" by 11' 7" converted room with your own balcony and windows. In the apartment map image attached above, it would be the "living/dining" room section split by a large curtain right where the door for "bedroom 1" starts. You'd have the closet next to the kitchen, and would share a bathroom with the roommate living in "bedroom 2."

One roommate is a grad student studying film and the other is a working professional in medicine. They're both some of the best roommates I've had! Clean and awesome people. We'd love to talk to you if you're interested and show you the apartment.

Looking for someone who can stay until end of March next year. (You'll have the option to stay afterwards.)
