Common Minna is located at 120 10th St, San Francisco, CA 94103. The co-living space is a total of 12 suites over 2 floors with a shared community kitchen and lounge on each. This private furnished suite includes a private bedroom (with queen bed), private bathroom (including shower) and private kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink and countertop). The community spaces come equipped with top of the line appliances and amenities, including high-speed wifi, ?refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, laundry machines, Sonos speakers, Smart TVs, supplies, cooking utensils, yoga mats and board games. This space also features a rooftop terrace with a community grill. The community spaces are cleaned weekly. As a member of the co-living space you will have access to a Common Community Portal app - ?A centralized hub for all aspects of your membership, including Common news, Common and member-created events and a member directory. As a Common member, it?s your one stop shop to get connected to other members within and beyond your home.

My name is Elliott and I leased this suite on April 24, 2019. It is a 12-month lease. I have not slept in the suite once. I have not moved any of personal belongings in. It remains completely untouched just as it did at the point my lease began. Unfortunately, I will no longer be needing this suite and I need to find someone to take over my lease. The least will run until April 24, 2020.
