Looking for a roommate for the other bedroom in a 2BR/2BA unit on the top floor of the building. I have a private bath so the other bathroom is basically used by you and guests that we would have. I moved from the (smaller) unit next door and still need to do some furnishing, but it has the basics. You're welcome to bring any additional stuff you may have. The ideal candidate is laid back, clean, responsible, and able to pay the rent on time.

The rent does not include utilities, which are usually around $125/month total. The current lease runs the next 10 months (until next July) with the option to renew. If we decide to move forward, your portion of the deposit is $1000 that you pay directly to me after the property management receives and accepts your application and background check (this takes about a week). After that point, you are officially on the lease. The lease start date/move-in date are flexible.

The room is pictured with a double bed (which should help with scale of the picture) and furnished bathroom, details on the optional furnishings below.

About me:
I'm in my early 30's and commute to Menlo Park, where I work for a FinTech startup that I started working at about 5 months ago. On most weekdays, I'm at work or the gym the majority of the day. I've been living in SF for 3 years and living in this building for 2 of them. I'm pretty clean (and looking for someone on the same page) and usually like to go out on the weekends but do also like quiet weekends occasionally. I grew up in the South Bay and went to school at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.

Optional furnishing:
The bed, bedroom side tables, and bathroom furnishing shown belong to one of the old roommates and he's happy to sell them if you would like to keep them. Otherwise, I can tell him that they need to be taken or thrown out before you move in. Let me know if you'd be interested and I can coordinate.
