Luxury apartment for affordable price

Hi there,

due to COVID, our lovely roommate had to say goodbye and return home to Mexico. Now we are looking for someone equally nice and respectful for our spacious and very sunny converted living room.

The apartment is 2 beds, 2 baths, spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room and yet a huge space of the living room is converted to a fully separated room to yourself. You have windows and blinds all around so you can have as much or little sun as you prefer. The room fits at least 2.5 queen-sized beds - it is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, clothing rack, and some shelves but anything can be moved around.

The building offers a great view onto the bay bridge from the balcony, a newly renovated and equipped gym with view on the outdoor lounge and jacuzzi, fireplaces, bbq area, dog-park, coffee machine and more.

To your future roommates, we are both in our early 30s - German and study and work here in SF, we are quiet during the week and occasionally have dinner or a glass of wine together but tend to respect the privacy of the converted room and not have ppl over or hang in the living room if our flatmate is home.
