Two spacious and bright rooms are available in a single-family Edwardian House.

The rooms (2nd and 3rd floor) are connected, to emphasize separation and privacy for the renter. Both rooms have hardwood floors (3rd floor room is newly renovated - perfect for a living room or large office); quiet, with lots of light and direct views of Golden Gate Park.

The rooms are within a charming, spacious 3-floor Edwardian Home located in the Inner Richmond. Fully furnished, with high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Features include a large living room, split bathroom (one and a half bathrooms; not private), a full dining room, a spacious backyard, and a basement with lots of storage space. Plenty of residential street parking. Two blocks from direct route to 101 and The Golden Gate Bridge; walking distance from Safeway, and the Clement Street restaurant scene. Would consider a short-term or long-term rental; 1st and last month + deposit is required. Rent is $1,500 per month (includes all utilities: PG+E, water and garbage).
***Important Note: For Two People (or a couple), the rent is $2,000 per month***

The house would be shared with the homeowner. Sorry: no smoking or pets.

About me: divorced, professional, 40's female. Sole-Owner of house for 15 years. Parent of two boys, aged 14 + 16. Both boys are very considerate, and very busy (I have 50% custody. They are with me from Sunday evening to Wednesday; in school/activities from 8am - 6pm). I am social and easygoing, but also busy and usually out of the home (own two boutiques in SF and Mill Valley; my working hours are from 8am-6pm, including weekends).

About you: responsible, mature and trustworthy. You are a professional, with strong work references and an excellent credit history.
