We love living here, it is the perfect place to be in nature, wfh or not! A quick getaway across the bridge, Baker and Crissy Beach, all the great things about Clement Street or Golden Gate Park. There is even a trail right out the back door with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Beach.

The only room downstairs, feels private and quiet. Gets nice light and is surrounded by trees. Room will be unfurnished. Essentially your own bathroom ... with a nice tub! Comes with two small closets and a pantry, (plus ample space in the basement).
Roommates & COVID
We are a conscientious and vaccinated household and request that you are too.
2 women 1 man in early 30s. Everyone in the house is pretty friendly and active and enjoys city life but also escaping to our home in nature.
There is also 1 small, sweet, yorkie dog.

This is an authentic historic Officer Quarters with an overlook the golden gate and all of the bay steps from our doorstep.
Move-in cost is 1st month's rent plus $500 deposit.
