We are looking for a third roommate to join us in our beautiful 3 bedroom/1 bath Baker Beach apartment! Located in the Presidio close to the beach, public transportation (29 Muni), the PresidiGo shuttle, restaurants, shops, hiking trails and more, this is an ideal location for someone who loves the city, but also has a passion for open spaces and nature.

PRICE:

$1,134.00 per month. Utilities are around $150 a month so it will add up to $1,300 on average per month. Included utilities: wifi, washer & dryer rental, heat, gas, and parking pass if need be.

To move in, the security deposit is $850 + first-month rent/utilities which is $1,300. Total is $2150, to move in starting October.

ROOM DETAILS:

12x12, carpeted, spacious, full sized closet with overhead storage space. The apartment is located in the Presidio which is usually very quiet and peaceful. Most noise is from waves crashing and owls hooting. The room has lots of natural light and two large windows.

ABOUT THE APT:

Our 3 bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished and includes: a kitchen with shared access to all appliances and utensils, living room, and one shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub.

PETS:

ESAs (Emotional Support Animals) are accepted by the Presidio trust. Non-ESAs are not permitted.

HOUSEMATES:

Ysenia (They/She) is an undergraduate finishing up at SF State, currently working with a non-profit as an enrichment teacher for elementary level kids. She loves to play music, go to the beach, and explore the Bay area!

Greg has been in the bay area about 3.5 years and works 8-5 as a hydrographer. While not working he enjoys surfing, hiking, reading, video games, and taking his dog (Bear) for walks.

Bear, a seven year old, sweet and well behaved lab mix.

IDEAL ROOMMATE:

Clean, friendly, responsible, and easy-going.

LOCATION:

Located in the south western part of the Presidio and just south of the Golden Gate Bridge. It?s a 3-5 min walk to the beach, and a 15 min walk to inner Richmond restaurants. There is plenty of easy access to the Presidio's many walking trails.

TRANSPORTATION:

All residents get complimentary access to the PresidiGo which provides transportation around the park and to and from downtown during peak business hours. This service is fantastic and we all highly recommended it! #29 - Sunset muni also stops across the street.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Safe, clean, quiet. All the neighbors are lovely. We have one covered parking space that we rotate between roomies monthly.
