Room available in beautiful 4BR/2BA Townhouse

Hello there! We are three female professionals looking for a fourth roommate in our 4-bedroom Presidio townhouse beginning July 1st ? or any time in July. We will pro rata the rent for whenever you can move in July (so you don?t have to pay for the entire month). Our home is conveniently located in southeastern Presidio, bordering Cow Hollow, Crissy Field/Beach and Presidio Heights. We are surrounded by serene hiking trails and verdant landscapes and are literally steps away from stunning views. Though an older unit, we have all the modern amenities, such as a fully-stocked kitchen (with a gas range and dishwasher), an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to the PresidiGo Shuttle. The unfurnished bedroom for rent is south-facing, gets a ton of natural light, and shares a bathroom with the two other bedrooms on the top floor. Additionally, the living room is very large and we also have a backyard area where you can dine al fresco and soak in some sun.

A little about the roommates (all in their '30s): J is a journalist that loves hiking and gluten free baked goods. A has worked all around the world and now works for the SF government. K, a Bay Area native, is a healthcare auditor at UCSF, and her true passions are cooking, pilates and dogs. K?s dog, a 5 year old toy Australian Shepherd, is the ?fifth roommate,? and he?s very sweet and friendly. We all get along very well and enjoy low key wine nights and Netflix binges.

You could be a great fit if: you?re a female who is gainfully employed, a non-smoker/doesn?t do drugs, you don?t bring the party home, don?t have a live-in boyfriend, you?re courteous and respectful and tidy in the common areas, and you?re communicative and somewhat social so that we are not a group of strangers living together. We feel lucky to have a peaceful and relaxing home, and we are looking to keep it that way.

Utilities range from $50 - $110, depending on the month, and include water, electricity, gas, sewer and trash
Wifi is provided by Xfinity and comes out to $18/month
Monthly house cleaning is $32.50 each
Parking is available for an additional $25
