Exactly as the title says. One of our roommates is moved out a couple weeks ago so we got a free room to fill.
You can keep the bed frame, and mattress if you like or we can throw them out if not.
My roommate and I are 21 and 27 yr old game and art students at the Academy of Art University nearby. We like to keep to ourselves and don't talk much but love playing video games and watching cartoons, movies, and anime. We are pretty quiet ourselves but don't mind noise. We like to keep everything very clean.
The room is meant for just 1 person, but if you're a couple wanting to move in and are okay with it, we won't stop you! We'll split the rent and bills 4 ways in that case
