240 sq ft room in luxurious, 1800 sqft house

I am looking for a great roomate to share my beautiful, rent controlled, spacious house. The house has 2 big rooms, the one being rent is the biggest (240 sq feet- I have seen smaller studios) and a small one.

The room is very sunny, with a (non working, but cute) fireplace.

The house also has a small foyer, a decent size living room with a sleeper sofa -if you have guests over- and eat in kitchen with a table for 6, dishwasher, granite counter tops, plenty of storage space and a pantry. There is also a laundry and storage room (not shared) and a great garden awesome for bbqs and entertaining.

The house is overall is 1800 sq ft, with around 1200 sq ft of living space and 540 for the bedrooms. It is walking distance from ANYTHING, close to several MUNI lines and most work shuttles.

The house is ideal for someone that likes to live comfortable, in a nice, homey house, that has all the conveniences of a home (I probably have every possible utensil, cooking device or thing you need in the house). Someone that likes to enjoy space, maybe even the garden, working from home and /or being close to everything San Francisco has to offer.

About us: I am 40 years old, originally Argentinean but I have been in the states for around 15 years. I work in digital marketing in the peninsula, normally out during working hours and most of the weekend. The other room is occupied by my 5 year old daughter on the days she is with me (around half of the time), she is also out while I am out.

When we are home, we like to spend time on our rooms or the living room watching netflix and youtube or doing some crafts or science. We occasionally invite people to come hang out with us in the garden. We like museums, going to new and exciting places, touring around, science, travelling and hanging out with friends.

We are cool with a friendly roomate or someone that likes to keep to themselves. We are always willing to move to our rooms if our roomate wants to hang out in the kitchen or living room.
