Spacious, light-filled private room ($1500)
Looking for someone awesome to take over my private room in Pacific Heights ASAP. It is ~168 ft² and has a walk-in closet with 1 rack and 2 shelves. There is also rooftop access, on-site laundry, an in-unit dishwasher, an in-unit heater, and a secure lobby downstairs. You will be sharing this cozy space with ONE other female. Ideal roommate is respectful, communicative, responsible, clean, and female.
Location is super ideal:
Alta Plaza Park is within 10-min walking distance and Lafayette Park is within 5 minutes walking distance, which is exceptionally fantastic to have quick access to during these mentally and physically confining pandemic times.
The area is residential and calm, but you are still extremely close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, since the apartment is two streets away from Fillmore St. and a 5 minute walk from Japantown.
Rent: $1,500, month to month
Internet: $50/month (split between the 2 roommates)
Utilities: Averages around $45/month, sometimes the gas bill is a bit higher just during winter months. (split between the 2 roommates)
I am moving to the east coast, so I would ideally like to leave the desk and the full-sized bed set-up (bed frame + boxspring + mattress) for free.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for more details or photos, to schedule a virtual or in-person viewing, to speak with my roommate, etc. Thank you.
Note: Photo 1 and 2 are the private room for rent, Photo 3 is the living room right next to it, and Photo 4 is the view from the roof, which you have access to :)
