The unit is a fully remodeled Victorian built in 1900 and upgraded in 2012. It's a beautifully executed combination of old school charm with modern amenities.

Located on the south-facing side of Pac Heights, it's walking distance to Fillmore St., Japantown, Cow Hollow and there are multiple parks in the area.

The room is available furnished (desk & bed) or unfurnished. Currently, it has a queen bed but the room is large enough to fit a cal king. The closet has built-in storage racks.

There's a large common area along with a well-appointed kitchen that has all the toys to inspire your inner chef.

We're 2 males in our early and mid-30s who maintain pretty standard routines on the weekdays and are socially active on the weekends. One of us is a Bay Area native and the other is from Germany.

We have a bi-weekly maid service that keeps the place looking fresh plus standard utilities and 1GB internet that is split monthly.
