Room in lovely house in the Outer Sunset available

We're two ladies in their thirties looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom house in the Outer Sunset. Krishna, our current housemate, is moving back east to pursue a doctorate. so we're looking for someone great to take her place! This is a clean, neat, relaxed, & drama-free place. We're active and like to have a good time, but we don't bring the party home, and the house is always a nice respite from the stress and drama of living and working in the City. While we have our own lives, we occasionally pop open a bottle of wine and watch movies or play board games, or go out to check out the local restaurants.

The house is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, shopping, and public transit, and there's plenty of parking. If you like walking or biking, Ocean Beach is a lovely place to go. We're close to the zoo (we can even hear the animals sometimes!) and only a few minutes drive from Stonestown. We've got a bunch of nice restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby on Taraval.

About us:

Rachel is an ex-history PhD now working as community manager for a tech company. She enjoys reading (and is a bit of a nerd for genre fiction), cooking, and working on her sailboat (when she's not heading up to Tahoe to go skiing). She lived abroad for several years and is relatively recently returned to the Bay Area.

Alex is an extremely busy EA who splits her time between SF and San Jose. In the rare moments when she has free time, she loves baking and cooking [ed note: and is amazing at both - Rachel & Krishna], fishing, and painting. She loves listening to audiobooks on her commute. She spends a lot of her time at home quietly unwinding from her job.
