Quiet, Cozy and Clean Shared 2 bedroom 1 Bath

Hello Potential Roomie!

Looking for someone to take over 1 room in a 2 bedroom ? 1-bathroom apartment in the Inner Richmond District on 22nd Avenue. The ideal person (male or female) would be a quiet, responsible, outgoing individual. Sane and Safe is a must. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. LGBT friendly, you should be too, we are in SF afterall. We have been very cautious with masks (when outside) sanitizing and cleaning everything to prevent the spread. Just trying to do our part responsibly. Not looking for a partier, or someone who has frequent guests over. No couples, live in significant others or constant guests. Love a good dinner party and/or cocktail hour from time to time, but pretty much keep it low key 90% of the time. The neighborhood is right off of Geary and in walking distance from some amazing restaurants, shops and bars. 3 Blocks from GG Park and 25 Minute walk to Baker Beach. 20 ? 30 minutes from Downtown, Fidi, Marina, Etc.

Your new Room is 10x8 with a walk-in closet. Fits a Queen Size Bed with some extra space for dresser and desk. The bathroom is shared and kept very clean. There is a nice skylight in the bathroom, which gives some great day light.

The living Room is fully furnished with an oversized cozy couch and loveseat. The Rest of Apartment is Fully Furnished as well, however, I am happy to incorporate some of your household items and make if feel like our place. Basically, a fully furnished apartment you are welcome to use everything and make yourself at home.

I have a state of the art 80-inch Samsung TV mounted on the living room wall, perfect for movie nights and just general tv viewing or Netflix.

There is a small bar in the living room as well., Fully stocked (for now) that you are welcome to use.

Laundry is onsite (coin-op) $2.50 for wash and $.25 to dry.

Rent: $1250 (includes water, trash)

Utilities: between $45 and $75 (each) per month depending on the month and time of year.

Cable/Internet: $67.50 (each) per month for Xfinity TV and Wifi (if you don?t want cable, that is totally fine) Wifi only is $40 per month.

Deposit: First Month?s Rent $1250

Total for Move in $2500

Term: 1 year (Can be discussed)

No Pets (Love Fur Babies but we can?t have them) No Drugs, Smoking perfectly ok (no judgements)

Parking: Street Parking Available Everywhere

About Me: 34 year old male, we?ll be sharing the apartment. It?s a cozy cool little spot that I have lived in for 3 years now. I have worked in hospitality all my life. Event Planner by trade. I am quiet, respectful and conscious of my roommates. I deep clean the entire place every few weeks. Love to cook, drink wine and bake as well. I keep my room pretty clean and organized and keep the common areas neat and organized as well as welcoming. Happy to respect your privacy and space and mingle from time to time. Or if you are super outgoing don?t mind sharing meals or a drink and some reality tv.
