Hello - we have an awesome room for rent in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the HEART of North Beach which is available AUGUST 1st.

The room is pretty big with a large bay window, hardwood floors, crown molding, and a great view of North Beach & Coit Tower!

The apartment is centrally located, walking distance to Trader Joe's, Safeway, Walgreen's, Financial District, and a lot of restaurants and bars.

We are looking for a roommate in their mid 20's to 30's, with a job, who is CLEAN, respectful, considerate, and doesn't mind helping out around the house (taking out trash once in a while, doing their dishes).

About us:
We are 1 guy and 1 girl in our late 20's who are both into fitness and are very career-oriented. We usually are doing something active after work and stay pretty mellow on work nights. On Friday or Saturdays we may go out but we don't bring the party home. We also have one cat - no other pets are allowed.

We are both very friendly, considerate and easy-going, we just ask that during the week the apartment remains mellow and quiet. We don't care if you go out or come home late but just be respectful and do not bring the party home.

RENT BREAK DOWN:
- $1,475 a month not including utilities - we split all utilities 3 ways (cleaning lady, trash, water, PG&E, wifi, cable and supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, etc....)
- Utilities vary month to month but expect to pay approximately $150
- Security Deposit: $1000

*month to month lease but we do ask for a 60 day notice before moving out*
