I'm looking for a roommate for my top floor 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (3 storeyed building with elevator). The apartment is located in the Telegraph Hill area-- a 5 mins walk to the Embacadero buildings of the Financial District; 3-5 mins walk to the bars and restaurants on Green Street; 5 mins walk to the Bay Club. It also has a beautiful deck with views of the Bay Bridge and downtown SF (please see the pics I've taken), hardwood floor, plenty of closet space and natural light. I've been looking for a suitable spot in the city for a long time and this one is ideal for someone, who's working in the Financial District area.
Utilities will be an additional $50 - $75 / month. There's one parking spot available in the building. Washer and dryer are in the building as well.
About me:
I'm a strategy consultant in the city. I graduated from USC and moved here after working in LA for a bit. My friends would describe me as pretty laid-back and supportive. Other hobbies include fitness, traveling and exploring the restaurants in the city in my free time. I don't have a pet. Given that I've lived in the city for a few years, I'd be happy to be a resource if you're moving from another city.
