Roommate Wanted in Newly Remodeled Large Home!

We are looking for someone to join us in this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom beautiful newly remodeled huge house for the rest of the year (can extend too). The common areas are furnished with new furniture. We have a brand new modular comfy couch, TV with surround sound, new kitchen table, all kitchen supplies (Air fryer, Instant Pot, rice cooker, toaster, Nespresso machine), etc. If you have furniture you want to bring we are definitely open to that and if you don’t that is totally fine too! There is also a fireplace in the living room that is controlled by a remote!

The available room is on the top floor in a quiet, sunny, well lit room with your own private bathroom.

The washer and dryer is on the top floor next to the bedroom so you won’t ever have to lug laundry around ever again! (And of course we would never do laundry during quiet hours).

Me: late 20’s, currently working from home in tech. Hobbies include: photography, DJing, house music, motorcycle riding, lifting weights/gym, and animals.

Roommate 2: late 20’s, working at an animal hotel/dog walker. Hobbies include: reading, volunteering, rap and hip hop music, animals, video games.

We are both born and raised in San Francisco and often visit our families so we are not always home.

We like to keep the common areas clean but are not super neat freaks. We are respectable roommates who are open to someone wanting to hang out with us or spend more time doing their own thing.

There is currently a cat here so we cannot have any additional pets. The cat is super friendly, loves to play fetch, and cuddle on your legs. He doesn’t bite or scratch and can follow verbal commands!

NO couples please. We are looking for a single person professional with a stable income to join us in this amazing house.

Rent: $1850 + security deposit + utilities
