About the Room:

$1775 + Utilities/Month - 1 Large Private Bedroom in a 4BR/1.5 Bath. Month to Month Lease Option.
The Bedroom:
Bedroom is 11' x 13' with 9' coved ceiling.
Closet is 8' x 2' also with 9' ceiling.

The Apartment:
4 bedroom
1.5 bath
New Appliances
New Washer/Dryer in unit
Large, open well-equipped kitchen
3rd-floor walk-up on the top floor
Private shared rooftop deck with sweeping views of North Beach, Financial Dist and SF Bay.
The inbound #1 bus line and Cable Car stops are located across the street.
Neighborhood amenities and grocery shopping close by.

The Housemates:
You will have 3 housemates; 1 straight male, 1 straight female, and 1 gay male ranging in age from 30's to 50's working in video production, archaeology, and the food and beverage industry. Current housemates have lived here ranging 2-6 years. There is a medium sized quiet dog (lab mix). We love her but, per the lease no new pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside is fine. We are a relaxed, respectful, clean, friendly group of people and looking for someone who is as well.

The Arrangement:
The room is rented on a month-to-month basis with a continuing option for a longer term rental. Put another way, you have the option of, but not the commitment for a much longer stay. We all very much enjoy living at 1020 and want whomever joins us too as well.

Deposit: $1500 (refundable with 30-days written notice)
Rent: $1775 per month for rent, utilities generally run an additional $80.00 so total monthly expenses usually run about $1855. The rent includes communal items (i. e.; toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies)

We keep it simple. You write one check a month and just buy your own food and personal items.

Landlord has final approval and requires:

Fully completed, signed and dated application
Copy of Photo ID
Proof of income.
