Rooms for 1 with Private Bath in Awesome Apartment

Come share a spacious flat with a mature, laid-back, responsible, clean, quiet queer guy. Ideally, I’m looking for the same qualities in a housemate, though you don’t have to be queer. I’m a freelance worker and writer. I’m not a vegetarian/vegan, though often eat like one. I’m a reformed smoker, don’t use drugs and have guests very infrequently.

The flat is a long-established household and funkily-furnished, like it’s been standing downwind from a thrift store, but is clean and clutter-free. The available rooms are not furnished and about 10’x10’ each. The first room has a small, attached private bath. The adjacent room is included and could be used as an office, storage space, work room, etc.

The flat is the ground-floor space in a 3-level Victorian, so there is some creaky wood and the occasional draft. Upstairs neighbors in the past have been respectful about noise.

We’ll split the electric bill (approx $20-$50/mo. each). If needed, wifi is an additional $25/mo.

Laundry is right around the corner.

The flat is located in the very central Mission Dolores neighborhood, smack-dab between the Castro and Mission. You can basically walk or bike anywhere from here, though there’s scads of public transpo as well-- MUNI nearby and BART a few blocks away.

The rooms can be available starting January 1, but if you need more time due to the Holidays, as late as February 1 works as well.
